We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Please double-check your purchase beforehand, as swimming pools and large items can be expensive to return.

Damged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Photos of the issue and your order number so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
